College Life

College life can be very difficult because of everything that goes on in it. The reason why a lot of students don't make it back to college next semester is because of them having to much freedom. In college you don't have nobody to tell you to go to class, do your homework, are don't party, go study it's all in the life of being a college student. Being in college you got to know what you have to do to be successful. Being a college student is hard because, you have to know how to manage your time and when to have fun. Having fun is a big thing in college you got to know when you can do it nobody's telling you not to go out and have fun and party but do your work first then party. Being in college you have to put yourself first before other things so that you can be the successful person you want to be.

Percentage of African American Students that Graduate from College

Showing in recent data the percentage of African American who graduate from college still remains low but have improved terrifically over the past quarter century. The African American race has had 42 percent graduates from the top university in the nation but still remain 20 percent lower than white graduates at 62 percent. The African American race have a nice percentage of students attending college but a majority of them don't finish do to other reasons. In the information I have gained it shows that majority of the African American students that graduate are women more then men. I have come to understand that African Americans tend to do better in urban areas then rural areas because there is more things for them to do in a urban area. The African American races have shown improvement in their graduates and hope to continue in its rise of success.

Death Penalty

The Death Penalty is something that is giving to someone who have did something terribly wrong in their lives and is sentence to pay for it by giving their lives up. If it was up to me for somebody to have the death penalty I wouldn't have it because I feel that nobody deserve to die in my eyes. I believe nobody deserve to die because it shouldn't be right for someone to decide to take someone else life because of what they did. I understand that the person that is sentence to die might deserve to die in some other people's eye's but I think that they should sit in a prison for the rest of there life thinking and wondering what they could have did better to change their situation and how they wouldn't have any freedom for the rest of their lives. I think that doing this would be better then killing them because I think living with that guilt on their shoulder knowing you're not going to see the light of day again will kill them in the inside.
